Windows 11 tutorial to download the ISO file for any public preview build available in the Dev Channel, including build 22000.168 and 22000.160 using the UUP Dump tool. The tool includes scripts to download any Windows 11 Insider Preview build from the Microsoft servers, and then convert the image into an ISO file that you can then use for a clean install or an in-place upgrade
